In 2008, Public Act 95-0707 amended the School Code to require school districts to post on their websites any contract a school board enters into with an exclusive bargaining representative.

Reports on Contracts Exceeding $25,000

Under the requirements for the Illinois School Code (105ILCS5/10-20.40), school districts must report on their websites all contracts exceeding $25,000. The following information is provided to fulfill the requirements of this regulation.

IMRF Employees making in excess of $75,000

Under the requirements for the Illinois School Code (105 ILCS 120/7.3) school districts must report on their websites all IMRF employees making in excess of $75,000 total compensation package.  - Not applicable

Contracted Driver's Education Final Contract 

Under the requirements for the Illinois School Code (105 ILCS 5/2-3.25g), school districts must report on their websites Contracted Driver's Education Final Contract. - Not applicable

 

Traffic Enforcement Systems 

Under the requirements for the Illinois School Code (625 ILCS 5/10-208.9), school districts must report on their websites a notification of the use of automated traffic enforcement systems for schools bus (if any) - Not applicable
